2. Accessing the website

PlanB_Van does not use analytics or advertising cookies, carry out personal tracking or create user profiles. Technical hosting may nevertheless process connection data required to operate the website. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This processing serves only to keep the website secure and stable.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. Unless required by law or authorised by you, this data will not be shared with unrelated third parties.

4. External links and social media

This website links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, our GoFundMe page and book listings on Amazon. A connection to the relevant provider is established only when you click a link. The privacy terms of that service then apply.

5. PlanB Games

PlanB Van Adventure and Adventure Challenge are operated as separate Base44 apps. When you open a game, you leave this website. Game progress, quiz results and leaderboards may be processed within the respective app or stored locally in your browser. The additional privacy information for each game applies there.

6. Visit counter

The home page displays an anonymous total number of visits. No cookies, local browser data or individual visitor identifiers are stored for this purpose. The counter cannot recognise individual people or devices and stores only the aggregated total. Opening the website again may therefore count as a new visit.

7. Language preference

Your selected language is stored only as a local preference in your browser. It contains no personal data and is not transmitted to PlanB_Van or any third party.

8. Your rights

You may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
